Hi, I’m Erica Chatting.

Welcome to Spine to Soul. I'm so glad you're here.

Like many women, I grew up believing exercise was a form of punishment rather than a source of strength and well-being. In my early 20s, I found Pilates, and everything shifted. Instead of feeling exhausted after a workout, I felt energized. I began connecting my breath, mind, and body in a way I never had before, and for the first time, movement became something I genuinely enjoyed. That experience inspired me to become a Certified Pilates instructor, and for nearly 20 years, I've had the privilege of helping others discover the same freedom, strength, and confidence that Pilates gave me.

Over the years, I expanded my knowledge by becoming a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, working in outpatient rehabilitation and gaining a deeper understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, injury recovery, and movement science. That clinical background continues to shape my approach today, allowing me to blend evidence-based movement with compassionate, individualized care.

As my own wellness journey evolved, I realized that healing extends beyond the physical body. Through personal growth, mindfulness practices, energy work, and Reiki training, I came to appreciate the profound connection between mind, body, and soul. When one begins to heal, the others often follow.

Spine to Soul was born from that belief. My mission is to create a space where science-backed movement and holistic wellness come together to help people move with greater ease, build strength and confidence, reduce pain, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

Every client begins with a consultation where we'll discuss your goals, movement history, lifestyle, challenges, and what you're hoping to achieve. From there, Erica creates a personalized plan tailored specifically to your needs.

Whether you're seeking private Pilates instruction, injury recovery support, strength and mobility training, holistic wellness services, or a blend of multiple modalities, your plan is designed with intention and flexibility. Drawing from nearly 20 years of Pilates experience, rehabilitation training, movement science, Reiki, and holistic wellness practices, Erica takes a whole-person approach to helping you feel your best.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all program, you'll receive individualized guidance that evolves with you, supporting your body, your goals, and your overall well-being every step of the way.

THE STUDIO

Spine to Soul is a private wellness studio located within Erica's home, thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable, welcoming, and highly personalized experience. The space features a Pilates reformer and tower along with additional apparatus and equipment for mobility, stretching, and wellness to support your unique goals and needs.

Unlike a busy fitness facility, this intimate setting allows for one-on-one attention in a calm, judgment-free environment where you can focus fully on your movement, healing, and well-being.

The studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every session, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and relaxing experience for each client. And while personalized instruction is always included, occasional greetings, tail wags, and cuddles from Erica's friendly fur-baby is available if needed.

Whether you're coming for Pilates, rehabilitation-focused movement, or holistic wellness services, you'll find a peaceful space dedicated to helping you feel your best.
