Meet your instructor

I'm Erica, founder of Spine to Soul. For nearly 20 years, I've guided clients through Pilates and movement practices designed to improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall well-being.

Combining my experience as a Pilates instructor, Physical Therapist Assistant, and Reiki practitioner, I help clients cultivate balance, confidence, and a deeper connection to themselves. Because healing isn't just physical, it's mind, body, and soul.
