With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, Erica creates customized sessions that challenge and support you while helping you move more efficiently and feel your best both inside and outside the studio.

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and Certified Pilates Instructor

Hi, I’m Erica.

What began as a personal search for wellness through Pilates became a lifelong passion and career. For nearly 20 years, I've helped people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through intentional movement.

With a background in Pilates instruction, physical therapy, and holistic wellness, I believe true healing happens when we care for the whole person. not just the body.

I'd love to help you find your own freedom in movement, from your spine to your soul.
